Zhayau Musa Baizhanuly is a famous singer-composer and poet of the Kazakh people. The famous folk composer Zhayau Musa Baizhanuly occupies a special place in the Kazakh musical culture.

In 1999, a monument to the poet Zhayau Musa Baizhanuly was erected in Astana in front of the Ak Sunkar hotel complex. And in 2022, the monument was moved to The Square on Saryarka Avenue. The author of the monument is the sculptor Bakhytzhan Abishev.
