On July 8, 2025, a meeting on the topic «Мemory, inauguration» was held in the memorial and museum complex «ALZHIR» with the participation of descendants of victims of political repression in Germany.
During the meeting, Konrad Raiss, son of Lotta Raiss, born in Karlag in 1946, Vladislav Hedeler, scientist, researcher of the subject of repression, as well as Syrym Gabbasov, grandson of Shakitai Tatimova, ALZHIR prisoner living in Astana, Zaure Ospanova, granddaughter of Magrifa Kazbekova and Nadezhda Hwan, daughter of Evgenia Tsoi-Openko, shared their memories of repressed relatives.
